Welcome to NTC Distributing. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment NTC Distributing accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Purchase Orders: Available for approved institutions and businesses upon prior credit approval

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. All orders are FOB 3041 Olcott Street, Santa Clara, CA 95054, USA.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Stocked items typically ship within 2 business days.
  • Non-stock items: Customers will be contacted with estimated lead times.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST ship the same business day, except for DHL orders, which have a 12:00 PM PST cut-off.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Address corrections and reshipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees.
  • Customers may opt to use their own freight account by providing the necessary shipping details during checkout.

4. Tax-Exempt Purchases

US customers eligible for sales tax exemption must contact us with a valid tax exemption certificate. Approved customers will have their account designated for tax-exempt purchases only. If a tax-exempt account holder wishes to make non-exempt purchases, they must create a separate account.

5. Returns & Warranty Policy

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Custom cables are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Warranty: Products come with a one-year limited manufacturer warranty. Tampering with warranty seals voids the warranty.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs will be subject to a $50/unit evaluation fee, with additional charges depending on the repair.
  • Customers cover round-trip shipping for returns and repairs.

7. Limitation of Liability NTC Distributing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or website errors.
