PAYMENT

NTC Distributing accepts the following payment methods:

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

There is a 4% credit card bank surcharge if the invoice amount is over $2000.
There is a $25 wire transfer fee for international orders that are paid by wire payment. This fee will be waived if the invoice amount is over $2000.

Cash on Delivery (COD) for will-call customers
Pay In Advance: Check, Cashier Check, Money Order, Paypal; $20 for each returned check
Purchase Orders: Government POs; for institutions and businesses, PO  net terms can be granted with prior credit approval.

SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping and handling prices are dependent on method of shipping, distance, and total weight of the order. Please use the calculate shipping tool to get a price quote at checkout. If you would like to use your own freight services, please contact us. A $5 service charge applies for orders less than $25 if you are paying for your shipping separately. Prices are subject to change without notice. NTC Distributing is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

SHIPPING

NTC Distributing offers the following shipping methods:

Ground, 3-Days, 2-Days, and Next Day for all fifty US states.
UPS expedited shipping for international orders.
Will-call with advance notice.
If you need your order quickly call us to get a stock check and shipping quote.

Duties, taxes, VAT, fees and so forth are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. You may be responsible for paying these when receiving an international shipment from us.

Orders of items in stock placed before 3pm Pacific time might be able to ship out the same day. DHL orders are cut off at 12 pm Pacific time.

RETURNS

All returns must have RMA# within 30 days from the invoice date. For returns without defects, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

For a RMA request, please e-mail RMA@ntcdistributing.com to obtain a RMA#.

BACKORDERING POLICY

Parts may be out of stock or the quantity in stock may be less than what is needed by the customer. Customers may call or email to receive a stock check before placing an order. Lead time for standard items is approximately 4 weeks.

If a customer order exceeds existing stock, then a customer may elect to have a partial order shipped first, followed by the balance when it is ready. The shipping charges for all shipments are the responsibility of the customer. To pay only one shipping charge the customer may choose to have the order shipped complete when all parts are ready.
